Fine Furniture v. US, 2013-1158
In a countervailing duty (CVD) case under U.S. trade laws, the Court of International Trade's decision upholding the Department of Commerce's calculation of the CVD rate applicable to plaintiff is affirmed, where Commerce properly utilized adverse inferences to substitute for information controlled by the government of China that was not provided in the course of the investigation of multi-layered wood flooring in China.
