Chicago Board Options Exchange v. International Securities, 2013-1326
In a patent case involving systems for trading financial instruments, the district court's pre-trial rulings and judgment of noninfringement are: 1) affirmed in part, as to the finding of noninfringement because none of the pretrial rulings were in error; but 2) reversed in part as to the finding that claim 2 was indefinite.
