Starhome GmbH v. AT&T Mobility LLC, 2012-1694
In an action alleging infringement of plaintiff's patent for "System and Methods for Global Access to Services for Mobile Telephone Subscribers," judgment of non-infringement is affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in its claim construction of the term "intelligent gateway;" and 2) as such, there was no error in the judgment of non-infringement.
