In a patent infringement action in which plaintiff alleged that drug products containing the molecule dutasteride that defendants propose to market fall within claims of plaintiff's patent, which covers dutasteride and its pharmaceutically acceptable solvates, judgment rejecting defendants' claims of invalidity is affirmed, where the term "solvate" is adequately described.
