United States Federal Circuit

Crewzers Fire Crew Transport v. US, 2013-5105

Two decisions of the United States Court of Federal Claims dismissing plaintiffs' challenge to the government's termination of a blanket purchase agreement, are affirmed, where: 1) the trial court correctly concluded that the blanket purchase agreement between plaintiff and the United States Forest Service was not a binding contract invoking jurisdiction under the Tucker Act; and therefore, 2) the trial court correctly dismissed the claims for lack of jurisdiction.
