US v. Great American Insurance, 2012-1462

In an action by the government in the Court of International Trade seeking payment of anti-dumping duties covered by surety bonds that defendant-insurers had issued, summary judgment for the government on the bonds now at issue, and the denial of the government's request for post- and prejudgment interest are: 1) reversed in part with regard to post-judgment interest, but 1) otherwise affirmed.
