Motorola Mobility, LLC v. International Trade Commission, 2012-1535

The International Trade Commission's determination that defendant violated section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, by importing and selling mobile devices that infringe plaintiff's patent is affirmed, where substantial evidence supports the Commission's determinations that: 1) defendant did not show that the asserted claims are invalid; and 2) plaintiff showed that it satisfied the domestic industry requirement.
