The decision of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims sustaining the severance of service connection for claimant's diabetes mellitus type II and related disabilities, and denying entitlement to a total disability rating based on individual unemployability, is affirmed, where: 1) claimant's central contention regarding the sufficiency of the April 2006 medical evaluations that led to the severance of his service connection is outside this Court's statutory jurisdiction; and 2) claimant's additional arguments, including his due process claim, lack merit.
