United States Federal Circuit

nCube Corp. v. Seachange Int'l Inc., 13-1066

The district court's order denying plaintiff's motion to hold defendant in contempt of a permanent injunction enjoining defendant from selling products that infringe plaintiff's patent for a media server capable of transmitting multimedia information over any network configuration in real time to a client that has requested the information, is affirmed, where the district court did not: 1) err in its factual findings; or 2) abuse its discretion in finding that plaintiff failed to prove contempt by clear and convincing evidence.
