On rehearing, the Court's rulings with respect to claims 34 and 35 that relate to plaintiff's patent for a network-based sales system, are clarified such that: 1) it is confirmed that claim 34 is representative of the "shopping cart" claims, including claim 35; and 2) dependent claim 35 is invalid on the ground of obviousness.
