United States Federal Circuit
In re: Doron Adler, 12-1610
The decision of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences affirming the examiner's rejection of the patent claims involving a method for identifying a target location in the gastrointestinal tract and for direct delivery of a device to the identified location, is affirmed, where the Board: 1) did not err in rejecting the pending claims as obvious; and 2) did not rely on new grounds for rejection.
