Cameron v. Shinseki, 12-7125
The Board of Veterans' Appeals' decision determining that plaintiff-attorney's fees from past due benefits in the amount of $9,199.19 for his representation of a veteran were correctly calculated and that additional fees were not warranted is affirmed, where the lower courts correctly interpreted 38 U.S.C. section 5904(c)(1).
