Almond Bros. Lumber Co. v. US, 12-1393
The Court of International Trade's dismissal of plaintiff's complaint, which alleged that the United States Trade Representative exceeded its authority by agreeing to certain terms in the Softwood Lumber Agreement it entered into with Canada in 2006, is affirmed, where plaintiff failed to allege facts to make plausible any of its claims for relief.
