Hall v. Shinseki, 2012-7715
In an action for disability benefits brought by plaintiff who was discharged from the Army 15 days after he entered service, the Veterans Court's denial of benefits is affirmed where plaintiff's claimed PTSD stressor, sexual assault, is not related to his "fear of hostile military or terrorist activity" as required by section 3.304(f)(3).
