Regents of the University of Minnesota v. AGA Medical Corporation, 12-1167

Summary judgment for defendant in patent infringement suit regarding medical devices for repairing heart defects, is affirmed, where the district court did not err in: 1) its construction of the claims of the '291 patent as requiring two physically separate disks; 2) determining that no reasonable jury could find that defendant's devices infringe the '291 patent; or 3) finding that the '281 patent anticipated by a prior art device.
