United States Federal Circuit

NSK Corporation v. US International Trade Commission, 11-1362

The Court of International Trade's final judgment affirming the U.S. International Trade Commission's decisions, issued under protest, to revoke the anti-dumping orders on ball bearings from Japan and the U.K., is reversed, where the Commission's affirmative determination in its Second Remand Determination was supported by substantial evidence, and the Court of International Trade erred by concluding otherwise.
