Figueroa v. Secretary of Health and Human Services, 12-5064
Judgment dismissing estate's claim under the Vaccine Act seeking compensation for vaccine related injuries suffered by decedent is reversed and remanded, where: 1) although decedent died of a non-vaccine related cause, decedent's injury claim survived his death; and 2) decedent's widow, the personal representative of his estate, has standing to file a petition.
