United States Federal Circuit
Union Steel v. US, 2012-1248
In an appeal of the US Court of International Trade affirming the Department of Commerce's use of zeroing to determine antidumping duties in administrative reviews, even though Commerce no longer uses zeroing in investigations establishing antidumping orders, the Court of International Trade's decision is affirmed where it properly found that Commerce's interpretation of its governing statute is in accordance with law.
