Global Commodity Group LLC v. US, 12-1346

Court of International Trade’s judgment sustaining defendant Department of Commerce's determination that the portion of plaintiff's merchandise consisting of citric acid from the People's Republic of China (PRC) was approximately 35 percent and thus within the scope of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from the PRC, is affirmed, where defendant's interpretation of the scope order is reasonable.
