Decision by the Merit Systems Protection Board that affirmed respondent's denial of petitioner's request to have his Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) disability retirement annuity recalculated to account for the cessation of his monthly Social Security disability benefits, is reversed and remanded, where the Board erred in determining that petitioner remained entitled to social security disability benefits during his extended period of eligibility when he did not receive social security disability benefits because he was working.
