Intel Corp. v. Negotiated Data Solutions, Inc., 11-1448
In a dispute over several patents related to semiconductor technology, district court's grant of summary judgment of license and noninfringement in favor of Intel Corp. is affirmed where the licensing agreement between Intel Corp. and defendant's predecessor in interest reflects the intent of the parties to license not only the literally described patents and patent applications, but also the reissue progeny of those licensed patents and patent applications from which the reissues were derived.
