Int'l Trade Comm'n v. SMC Corp., 11-1349

In plaintiff's suit asserting that the importation or sale of defendants' devices alleged to infringe plaintiff's patents, which discloses a "four-sided, generally rectangular clamp" for connecting two fluid flow elements, violates section 337 of the Tariff Act, the International Trade Commission's (Commission) determination of no violation is affirmed where the Commission's decision is supported by substantial evidence, is not arbitrary, capricious, or legally erroneous.
