Decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board affirming the trademark examining attorney's refusal to register the mark JPK PARIS 75 and design is affirmed where: 1) because there is no evidence showing a direct connection between petitioner's goods and Paris, the Board properly found that there is insufficient evidence that the goods originate in Paris; 2) the Board properly found that the geographical misrepresentation in the mark is material and would deceive a substantial portion of the relevant consumers regarding the source of the goods outlined in the application; and 3) petitioner's evidentiary challenge lacks merit.
