In a patent infringement suit related to commercial blenders used to make blended beverages, the judgment of the district court is affirmed where: 1) the district court properly entered summary judgment of literal infringement; 2) grant of summary judgment that the two prior art are not analogous art was appropriate; 3) defendant has failed to show that the district court denied it a fair trial; 4) the district court correctly denied defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law that the asserted claims are invalid; 5) the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law on willful infringement; and 6) the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law on damages.
