In a suit for infringement of a patent related to read-write sensors for computer hard disk drive storage systems, district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants is affirmed, as the trial court properly found the disputed claims invalid for lack of enablement, and thus, defendants' products do not infringe the asserted claims because there can be no infringement of claims deemed to be invalid.
