General Electric Co. v. International Trade Commission, 2010-1223

In an action alleging certain variable speed wind turbine patents imported by Mitsubishi violate section 337 of the Tariff Act, 19 U.S.C. section 1337, the US International Trade Commission's finding of no violation is: 1) affirmed in part as to the ruling that the '221 patent is not infringed; but 2) reversed and remanded with regard to the Commission's determination of no domestic industry as to the '985 patent.
