United States Federal Circuit

King Supply Co., LLC v. US, 2011-1252

A decision by the U.S. Court of International Trade Court concluding that a company's imports of steel butt-weld pipe fittings were outside the scope of an antidumping duty order is reversed, where: 1) the U.S. Department of Commerce's scope ruling reasonably interpreted the antidumping order to not include an end-use restriction; and 2) the considerations under 19 CFR section 351.225(k)(1) supported Commerce’s scope ruling.
