In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court upholding the classification of imported motocross jerseys, motocross pants, and motorcycle jackets as "apparel" under Chapters 61 and 62 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), judgment is affirmed where Customs correctly classified such items as apparel rather than as "equipment" under Chapter 95 of the HTSUS.
