In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing, for lack of jurisdiction, appellant's amended complaint asserting two separate breach of contract claims under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. section 1491(a)(1), judgment is reversed where although suit was filed outside the six-year limitations period, plaintiff sufficiently pled entitlement to the benefit of the accrual suspension rule such that dismissal was improper.
