Lombardi v. Secretary of Health and Human Services, 2011-5004
In an appeal from a judgment of the Claims Court affirming the decision of a special master denying appellant compensation under the Vaccine Act, judgment is affirmed where appellant failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that she suffered the injuries alleged to have been caused by her receipt of hepatitis B vaccinations.
