In an appeal from the trial court's dismissal of a government contractor's complaint for Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. section 1491, and the Contract Disputes Act (CDA), 41 U.S.C. section 601, violations for lack of standing and failure to state a claim, judgment is affirmed where the court had jurisdiction under the CDA and correctly dismissed plaintiff's complaint that the government gave it an unfair and inaccurate performance evaluation.
