MHL Tek v. Nissan Motor Co., 2010-1287
In a dispute involving whether plaintiff-appellant has standing to assert certain patents-in-suit that related to a tire pressure monitoring system, judgment of district court is affirmed with respect to the dismissal of certain claims for infringement on the ground of lack of standing, but reversed with respect to its grant of summary judgment of non-infringement on the remaining claims.
