In a patent dispute arising from the entry of a stipulated order of noninfringement, judgment of the district court awarding defendant attorney's fees and imposing sanctions on plaintiff's counsel is affirmed where the court: 1) correctly construed the claims of the asserted patents; 2) did not commit clear error in its exceptional case finding under 35 U.S.C. section 285; and 3) did not abuse its discretion in imposing Rule 11 sanctions.
