In a veteran's claim dispute arising from a change of the situs of claimant's disability from one muscle group to another, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where a service connection for a disability protected under 38 U.S.C. section 1159 is not severed when the VA assigns to an injury a different diagnostic code than originally noted.
