Crown Packaging v. Ball Metal, 2010-1020

In a patent dispute alleging infringement of two asserted claims by the defendant summary judgment in favor of defendant is reversed where common specification of patents conveys to one of ordinary skill in the art that the patentee was in possession of, and because a material dispute remains as to what a prior art inherently discloses.
