Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Co. v. US, 2010-1220
In an antidumping case, the decision of the US Court of International Trade, which sustained a decision by the Department of Commerce that granted plaintiff a duty draw-back adjustment, increasing its export price to reflect the implied cost of exempted import duties, and included the exempted import duties in defendant's cost of production and constructed value, is affirmed.
