The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's finding that Bose Corporation (BOSE) committed fraud on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PRO) in renewing the registration for the trademark WAVE is reversed as there was no substantial evidence that Bose intended to deceive the PTO in the renewal process.
