United States Federal Circuit
Larson v. Correct Craft, Inc., 08-1208
In a fraud action involving patent rights, district court judgment is vacated and remanded where the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the case, as plaintiff has no concrete financial interest in the correction of the patents at issue because he assigned away all of his rights and thus lacks constitutional standing to assert his claims for correction of inventorship in federal court under 35 U.S.C. sec. 256.
