Titan Tire Corp. v. Case New Holland, Inc., 08-1078
In a patent infringement action involving tire design, district court's denial of plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction is affirmed where the trial court applied the correct law governing preliminary injunctions and did not abuse its discretion in concluding that plaintiff was unlikely to withstand defendant's challenge to the validity of the their patent on obviousness grounds.
