Fathauer v. US, 08-5112
Court of Federal Claims' decision denying plaintiff's claims for Sunday premium pay is vacated and remanded where the court erred in its conclusion that the word "employee" in 5 U.S.C. sec. 5546(a) is ambiguous with respect to whether it encompasses those who work part time.
