Skoczen v. Shinseki, 08-7084
In an action involving VA disability benefits, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims judgment regarding plaintiff's disability rating is affirmed where the VA and the court properly construed 38 U.S.C. sec. 5107(a) as imposing evidentiary responsibilities on the claimant as well as the Department of Veterans Affairs.
