In an appeal of a decision of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims upholding a decision by the Board of Veterans' Appeals denying service connection, judgment is affirmed. The Veterans Claims court found as a factual matter that the record did not raise any issue of direct service connection, and factual determinations of the court are beyond the jurisdiction to review.
