Med. Solutions, Inc. v. C Change Surgical LLC, 2007-1163

In a suit claiming infringement of plaintiff's patents for devices that control the temperature of medical and surgical fluids, dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction is affirmed where: defendant's demonstration of its product at a trade show in the District of Columbia was not a "use" of that product sufficient to confer personal jurisdiction over defendant in district court there.
