Distributed Solutions, Inc. v. US, 2007-5145
In a case arising from a dispute related to the procurement of software for development of a common computer platform between two government agencies, dismissal of complaint for lack of Tucker Act jurisdiction is reversed and remanded where the government's actions complained of by plaintiffs were taken "in connection with a procurement or a proposed procurement" as required for claims under the Act.
