Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. v. Rambus, Inc., 2006-1579
In a patent case, an order denying plaintiff's attorney's fees application and entering findings adverse to defendant is vacated and remanded with instructions to dismiss plaintiff's complaint where the case became moot once the defendant offered to pay the full amount of attorney's fees.
