Jan's Helicopter Serv., Inc. v. Fed. Aviation Admin., 2007-1410, 2007-1411
In an action seeking money damages against the U.S. in excess of $10,000 for alleged regulatory takings, a decision transferring plaintiffs' claims against the FAA to the Court of Federal Claims is affirmed where, under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. section 1491(a)(1), the only court that could have subject matter jurisdiction over the claims is the Court of Federal Claims.
