In an infringement case involving a patent directed to computer processor architecture and methods for increasing microprocessor efficiency, summary judgment finding that Texas Instruments and Intel did not infringe any claim of plaintiff's patent and that all claims of the patent were invalid for indefiniteness is affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) the district court erroneously concluded that the claims were indefinite; but 2) the district court correctly construed the term "pipeline stage".
