AGFA Corp. v. US, 2007-1430

A decision finding that Customs properly classified imported metal plates coated with a photosensitive emulsion under a particular subheading of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) is affirmed as there was no error in the classification of the merchandise.
