Fuji Am. Corp. v. US, 2006-1653, 2007-1177

A judgment classifying plaintiff-Fuji's chip placer machines and parts feeders under particular subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (2001) is affirmed on appeal and cross-appeal where the court correctly classified the imported goods.
