Sitrick v. Dreamworks, LLC, 2007-1174

In a patent case involving technology integrating a user's audio signal or visual image into a pre-existing video game or movie, an order transferring the case to the Central District of California, and a judgment that the asserted claims of plaintiff's two patents are invalid for lack of enablement, indefinite, and not infringed, are affirmed as the claims at issue were not enabled, and plaintiff waived his objection to the transfer order.
